Thumbs down Not taken seriously

It's hard to have mental health issues at such a young age. Nobody takes me seriously and they think I'm just another self-diagnosing millennial. Nobody believes that I've been professionally diagnosed. This culture of everybody claimed to have OCD because they like things clean, or ADHD because they can't sit still, or Bipolar because they have a single mood swing, or Anxiety because they're nervous, it harms people who actually have issues.
