post here the things that give you comfort (no matter what it is, you can share it here)

maybe others might get some ideas from this thread of comfort things they can try too. who knows

anyway I'll start with some of mine:

1. the feel of anything soft (cats/ dogs, soft coats, rugs, even hair)

2. teddybears

3. cuddles (if they are from safe, trusted people)

4. the sound of the ocean

5. watching cartoons

6. the smell of smoke on someone

7. the texture of smooth skin

8. posting here and being part of the comunity

9. being able to drink from my santa clause mug

10. wearing shorts so that my body can breav (I even wear shorts in winter weather)

who else would like to join me in sharing what comforts them
