@Lilly2 The Haven is a Discord chat website that became associated with Psych Central... oh... a year or so ago I would guess. (I once tried to join but could not figure out how to get in.) I don't know how active it is at this point. I know there are other PC members who joined The Haven. And there are Haven members who joined PC. Perhaps if any of them see your post they'll be able to offer more accurate information.

I just saw this thread, so I have no idea what the Haven is, LOL. I just thought that I'd introduce myself here, also. Hee hee.

Thank you for the info, @Skeezyks

I go by theoretical on The Haven. I'm ASPD - psychopathic variant. My hobbies include reading, writing, fighting, philosophy, video games, arguing, various thrill-seeking adventures, you, card games, amateur sleuthing, puzzles, or whatever else happens to interest me for the moment. I'm an Aquarius ENTP in House Slytherin who claims no religious or political affiliation unless it serves me to make such a claim, though I'm happy to debate on both topics.

Hi. I just clicked to join this group. Will we have chats?
I am like Grapelics very interested in neuroplacicity - belong to Caroline Leaf's face book page on Changing the Brain and have done several cycles of 21 Day Detox.
Found Selah Nox intro very interesting as graduate student at seminary and wanting to be a chaplain. I am currently mentoring a couple jail inmates who face long sentences if convicted of violent crimes they are accused of. They are both ex-gang members who wanted to change their lives through commitment to Jesus Christ. I gave the youngest one a safe place to live away from the gangs when he got out of the youth prison for breaking probation. He was arrested when other gang members accused him of an unsolved homicide committed before I knew him. The other was a rival gang member in the cell next to his. They and another cell mate wanted spiritual mentoring so I sent them literature, took phone calls, wrote letters. I am currently writing a book on Renewing the Mind: the Big Picture geared specifically to gang members. I would love to understand things like the spirit-soul-body feedback systems related to mental health. My psychology background is Transactional Analysis therapy and training I got back in the 70s and Jungian psychology I studied on my own.
