Question New to this

Well hi, dnot know what exactly to do, but I'm currently living with my ex and her family. She left me just about 4 years ago. I can't let go, we have kids together (hers not mine. Helped raise them) and I am watching her throw her life away. And I'm doing what she's doing just to get any attention from her. Other days I'm locked in my room being angry and irritated at the world. Oh, my mother is also staying here because she's recently become homeless with her 2 dogs. Lately I don't want to be around anyone unless I'm at work, but when I'm there I'm too stressed about doing everything right because my manager doesn't do his job. I do it, 10x better than him. My coworkers see it and tell me daily. There's just so much going on I cant focus think or just be happy. ...

Hello
Wow, what a difficult situation you're in... I'm sorry you're going through this.
Not sure if you're looking for support or advice, but we are all here for you.

I know it might be hard to see yourself moving on and forward, but I think it could help if you found your own place for you and your mama if possible. Moving out doesn't even have to mean you're moving on from your ex, but it won't hurt to have that space and independence to build your confidence and self-esteem back up again. And she may realize how much she needs you when you're gone.
