Hii... I've been diagnosed with bipolar disorder along with cPTSD, anxiety and depression. I just came here to see if the test was accurate and honestly I find a lot of the advice on the scoring screen to be really beneficial for people who are lucky enough to notice their mental state earlier. For me, personally. It took me longer than it should've to notice the signs and get help, this was most likely because I was only 13-14 when I started showing symptoms, it took a breakdown and hospitalization before I started getting professional help.

To those of you who are here and alarmed by your scores, please speak to someone, if it's a friend or family member, doctor, therapist. Anything, it's important.

I wish you all well, stay strong

Thanks for sharing your score. I believe this is your first post here on PC. So... welcome to PsychCentral. May I suggest you consider introducing yourself over on the member introductions forum? Here's a link:

I hope you find PC to be of benefit.

I don't think I've ever taken the Sanity test you're talking about.
