I scored 171. I know I need to talk to someone but it’s such an effort to even breathe. I’ve been to therapists before.

Thanks for sharing your score. I'm sorry you are having so much difficulty. Hopefully being here on PC can be a "bridge over troubled waters" for you until you can find someone to talk to in real life.
