My lowest score was 122, in november 2018. I feel like I've been getting slightly better in terms of my anorexia and suicidal ideation, and overall not being sad so much. But my score has jumped to 141, and I'm starting to wonder if maybe I'm not feeling as well as I think I am?

Thanks for sharing your score... sorry it's going up though. Perhaps you simply took it on a "down" day? Personally I think if you've been feeling you're getting slightly better, I wouldn't let your Sanity Score test results dampen your perspective. If you see a therapist, perhaps this would be something to discuss with that person?
