I just took the Sanity Score test and got a 78 which is apparently not that bad. I was clearly expecting two of my main concerns: anxiety (58) and self-esteem (67). I had already noticed the constant worrying and high stress levels, as well as concerns for the future and social anxiety. So no surprise on that side. Same for the self-esteem: my history of bullying has messed with my self-confidence and body image quite a bit.

I also scored high (67) on PTSD, which I wasn't expecting. I went through 2 episodes of sexual assault but it didn't go all the way, I wasn't actually raped, and the assaults were not particularly violent. It seems weird to me to have developed PTSD from such "minor" events. I am raking my brain trying to remember if I had any childhood trauma. There were recurring stressful moments for sure, violent fights between my parents, yelling and insults directed at me, my mother threatening to kill herself or my father threatening to leave and not come back (which they never did, they always reconciled after the fights and are still together, but I would believe the threats as a child). It was quite frightening and provoked a lot of panic attacks, but still doesn't seem "bad enough" to produce PTSD. Does anyone have an idea of why I have scored high in that category? Is it possible to develop PTSD from the experiences I described? Is there any other issue that could have been confused with PTSD by the test?

Thanks for sharing your results. I'm sorry I can't really shed any additional light on what might have caused the PTSD score you received. However here are links to 4 articles, from PC's archives, on the subject of PTSD plus one on cPTSD that (hopefully) can be of some help:
