Is there such a phobia of being afraid to relax my body through mental means? Like taking a bath or massages don't bother me. But the thought of meditation terrifies me. Any form of vulnerability scares me when I'm not in control of when I'm vulnerable.

I've never heard of that passific phobia, but I can't cope when I'm not in control of anything.

I get antsy when things become out of control like a plan but not as bad when I feel vulnerable. Like situations where i want relax through meditation. I break out into a full panic.
