I have a sanity score of 180. Everything has gotten so bad. Idk what to do. Someone please help.

The test is merely a tool to give you some idea of what areas you may need help in. It is not supposed to be used as a diagnostic tool. I responded to you other thread - newly diagnosed. Please check in there. Also make sure you are in contact with a psychiatrist and and Therapist IRL. You are not alone.

Everyone score bad at some point due how stress they are. Try to relax a little. It not an accurate test it just meant to be fun.
