Mine is 95, driven by depression and anxiety.

I'm trying the mood tracker, taking it every week ( starting small) .

Same. I've had bits of time when it has been better , but now I'm intentionally digging down to the root causes of it. It's a lot to go through but I do have slivers of insight that are making it easier.

I don't feel so crazy now I that I know what is wrong. I just wish that I had better coping skills.

Buffy, skills can be developed and you can do it.

I'm uncovering a lot and able to see beyond certain things to underlying causes. It's taken a lot of work but it gets easier. I still have a lot of work to do too.
