I really wish I would have saved the Sanity Score I took roughly a year ago, but I know it was above 150 because it made me very concerned that my score was that high. Now it's halved due to lifestyle changes and intensive residential therapy over the past year!
My depression, PTSD, anxiety, and self-esteem are still high and marked as major concerns, but that is what I'm currently working on! My eating disorder score is much milder and now not a primary concern anymore like it was a year ago! I've been working so hard and I'm so happy to see that. I could also work more on technology usage and general coping skills, but I have time! I'm making progress. That's what matters! (: |
