41 depression
62 anxiety
42 phobias
42 self-esteem
45 eating disorder
45 mania
33 physical issues
25 technology issue
63 OCD
58 PTSD
33 borderline traits
total 95

2020
79 general coping
25 life events
63 depression
37 anxiety
25 phobias
75 self esteem
55 eating disorder
60 mania
31 sexual issues
38 relationship issues
33 physical issues
50 technology issues
75 OCD
50 PTSD
50 Borderline traits
total 120

Can't say I'm too happy with this

Genral Coping: Overall I would agree with this, my coping have deteriorated greatly over the years.
Life Events: I was actually thought this would be higher considering I came real close to death in a blast accident
Depression: Yup, i'm more depressed now than I was in 2016.
Anxiety: Overall I would say I have learned to live with or cope with my anxiety
Phobias: I've exposed myself to my phobias over the years and have come out on top
Self-Esteem: Due to being unable to exercise for a few months in 2018 and then getting a desk job. My physical fitness has gone down greatly.
Eating Disorder. I would say my emotional and stress eating has gotten worse
Mania: I due go through short spurts of joy and elation.
Sexual Issues: due to my stress and lack of self confidence I find it hard to perform
Relationship Issue: Well I'm newly married so that should say for itself
Physical Issues: Just almost lost complete movement in my left hand
Technology Issue: i do tend to retreat into my phone a lot
OCD: Surprising but my habits have changed
PTSD: Not much has changed
Borderline Traits: Not sure what this even is.

Thanks for sharing your scores. And congratulations on your marriage. Hopefully if you take the test again in 2021, you'll see that those scores that were higher this year will have gone back down.
