Default Sanity is hard to understand?

I got a test score of 138 and often felt as though the questions were targeting specific patterns of behavior and my interpretation of these questions had me thinking extra about what they wanted to know by my answer. I feel as though this might have altered my test results and I am unsure if it would have increased my score or decreased my score. Could someone maybe help me understand what experts think or are looking for in the answers? Maybe I did not change my behavior and this is how the test was supposed to be answered and my score is accurate? I don't think I have any severe mental illness but I know I would not know given I primarily look outwards onto the world. Even though I frequently meditate I have gotten tired of the endless conversations with higher entities(My mind expressed subconsciously) Telling me things my brain wouldn't regularly tell me. Is there a short cut to the information I seek in the back of my head? My score was not 128 nor did I expect it to be, sorry.
