For those who remember or have read in the past about me testing positive with herpes. It turns out it was just the cold sore deal not sexually given to me... but I did get HPV. They don't think I have the warts but just the Virus. My boyfriend who I got back with a few months ago (the one "gave me Herpes") Was the one who gave me HPV. He confesses to having it after we have slept together a million times... which I shouldn't be mad. I still stay with him, hell I love him and sadly I know he loves me... he does treat me right most the time..

I just hate that its long distance, we rarely see eachother and I am really lonely lately...

I am glad that some of your test results came back in a more positive light. I am sorry to hear about your HPV. Both HPV and Herpes are more common than women want to talk about. It's a shame there is such a stigma associated with them and that we are afraid to talk about them, just because they are sexually transmitted...Especially since Herpes is really just a skin condition in an inconvenient area. And HPV can cause cervical cancer if left undiagnosed and untreated.

I really admire you for having the courage to post about this here.

I'm sorry that your boyfriend is long-distance. Only you know the best way to handle your relationship in light of this news.

Thank you so much for your words. It makes me feel better about venting on here. I just feel so alone here.

Are you a member of any other online communities? If so, and you have a livejournal (http://www.livejournal.com), can I recommend a community to you? It's called vaginapagina, and you can find it at http://vaginapagina.livejournal.com/ . It is really intended to be a safe place where women can talk about those sorts of issues without judgement and it's a very, very active community - lots of women read it, and are supportive of each other.

You might want to check it out. I am glad my words were comforting for you. I think that that place could be a comfort to you as well, if you were interested in checking it out.
