I've been on BC for several years. For the most part, my periods were so light I could hardly tell I was on them.

This year, it's heavier than I'm used to with more cramping and blood, but still lighter than before I was on BC

Is it normal for my period to change overtime even while on the same BC?

As we age our hormone balances are not static. It is entirely possible

Definitely completely possible. Your period can be influenced by a LOT of different things, even while on birth control.
