I know its probably nothing, but its been really bothering me lately. Okay, so i missed my period this month. There is no reason why that should have happend. I'm not sexually active right now (sigh lol) and so i have no idea why .. i've never missed mine before. In fact, they've always been right on schedual ... i'm not on birth control or anything ... and i know its probably nothing, but is there any reason why i would have missed it maybe? I'm under no more or less stress than i always am so i don't think its that .... and my diet/exercise is pretty normal too. The only thing i can think of is my new job. I'm always ALWAYS standing up and walking/running around (i work at Dairy Queen haha) and so maybe that? .. i really dont know though! Any ideas??
Thanks!

Surely stress of a new job can cause this, even if you don't sense it. But when you say "right now"... you need to think of how long that has been. No, it isn't "normal" for you it sounds like. TC

(((JACQ)))
It could be your new job are you drinking a lot of pop at work? I know pop can interfere and deregulate the cycle from causing an enzyme imbalance in the body. Possibly drinking more water would help at work if pop is the issue you are having and taking a multivitamin can help in case you drink a lot of pop. If things dont get better next month then you need to see a Dr to see what is happening. Congratulations on your job (((JACQ))). soidhonia

My periods have been all out of wack too. I got mine early this month. Last night when I took my bra off, my breasts HURT like they do just before I get my period but I'm not due for like 2 more weeks! I think stress has a LOT to do with our cycles. I'm normally very regular too.

Have you gained or lost a fair amount of weight lately? Even 10 pounds one way or the other can throw you off. Exercising more than usual (like having to be on your feet for hours at work) can do it too.

Stress is always a good culprit too, though.

Face it, it's annoying being a girl. Question....

Thanks all for your responses! I realize its kind of a random question but i appreciate you all taking your time to try and help me anyways!

I dont think its from pop because i dont really like it so i dont drink it haha, i think i'm just going to bank on being on my feet all day. I have lost some weight so maybe that could have something to do with it? I just hope that this isn't some new trend or something! Question....
