Asymmetrical breasts

One of my breasts is twice the size of the other. I know it is normal for them not to be exactly the same size but I feel the difference between them has become more noticeable. I sometimes feel like people are looking and laughing at them when I go out.

I'm one to believe that we notice our own imperfections significantly more than others do.

One of my friends was like that, she used a gel pad in her bra to even things out. The pad was similar to what they use for breast implants but without the surgery.

Seriously, in the USA, i dont know about the UK but i would guess its the same, a big difference is considered like a disability and not just cosmetic. So you might want to discuss solutions with your doctor, as they may be covered by NHS.

Yeah I guess thats true. But i've had friends notice it as well which makes me think it's noticable to everyone

Then, I'm with una's suggestion to speak with a doctor. It's true that in the US certain breast surgeries are considered medically necessary. I can attest to that. Having had mammography covered years ago. The doctor went by mass etc. There's augmentation options out there, as well. At the time, one of my friends in college mentioned surgery as a real option, having had one herself. At that point in my life it was a wishful thought in the sense that I had said that maybe once I got on my feet out of school, that I would save up. I used to believe that most breast surgery was "cosmetic" and elective. Au Contraire....

I think many women have some asymmetry, but twice as big does seem less common. I think a pad could work, if you're not worried about how you looked naked.
