Do you start feeling different, less elasticity, before you look different? That seems to be what's happening to me and I am wondering if it's normal or something's wrong with me. I am 34 and I have only the slightest visual signs so far, but I feel drastically different.

Well I've hit 42 and haven't felt different yet and very little signs...a silver hair here and there. But I think aging is different for everyone, maybe some people feel it earlier than others even if outwardly they aren't showing it.

I guess it's not natural aging. Everything online seems to be about visible signs like wrinkles. I just can't even figure out what's missing. It's like I've deflated, but I don't know if it's muscle or subcutaneous fat or elasticity or what. High cortisol may be causing it, but trying to look it up to find out for sure is putting my stress through the roof, and my body is adding to my depression big time. And if it's a lack of exercise or something like muscle atrophy, why is it happening to my face and boobs?

I can relate. Stress is a big factor for me. Look to see if there are areas of your life where you can reduce stress.
