Yes I have had this problem since I started. Sometimes its worse thsn others. Usually my first 4 days are really bad.

Hoping that you can get to your doc or gyno about the abnormal pap smear and the heavy bleeding. It sounds very uncomfortable at the moment. Being anemic is not fun at all.
Other stuff may be going on please try to make yourself a priority. |

My worst days are 1 and 2... Before I even start I get bad cramps, so the day before is the complete worst
