@raging vortex I hope you adjust to the time change soon.

Well it's just past 4 AM and I'm up. I only managed to get four hours of sleep. So yeah my sleep is still off. Otherwise I've been doing okay.

I always thought it strange how the UK and the US change their time at diffrent times to one another.

wonder why that is?

@raging vortex yes, it is odd. I'll be glad when it does change. It's so dark at 7 am.

@raging vortex

I'm still wondering about the meaning of dry pie. LOL Have you thought about what that could represent?

(this is originally lillib, but I signed back on with a new name Lilly2; long story)

it had crossed my mind what had happened to you, as I'd not seen you for a while

hope you're okay!. just know I'm always here if you need to talk to someone

I really don't know what dry pie could mean.

perhaps it's just as simple as a dry literal pie.

Thank you so much! I felt bad for leaving so abruptly. I get triggered by my own stuff, actually. My own posts and then processing my own posts triggered me. I laugh about it now, but I realize that I have to take some things slowly.

I missed a lot of people on here. I'm not sure how long I've been gone. It doesn't seem like that long. But I've been resting a lot lately, so I've been consciously losing time I guess.

I'm learning how to "moderate" myself now, LOL. I could always use the support though.

My littles also miss reading your stories in the Garden, I think it's called. I missed a lot of people here, too, including you. I felt like maybe my abrupt leaving affected others negatively, and I felt bad if it did. I was just freaking out from night terrors again. I haven't had those in a while. I finally got to shower though, LOL.

Thank you so much for your reply!

Hello, everyone! It's a good day so far. I've had an actual shower and I'm drinking my coffee now. I'm pain free and I'm in a good mood. I hope everyone is doing well!!

I'm hoping my day will be productive and relaxing. I started off with coffee. I'm probably going to have another cup soon. I slept 5 hours (afternoon to early morning), which is enough sleep for me to start my day.

I feel safer, more stable now. I am waiting for my first GP doc appt. mid-Nov. Until then, I'm using all the skills I have to self-care and manage without therapy. I feel proud of myself for that, even though I make mistakes.

I hope everyone else's day goes well today.

Hi ladies,

I hope everyone is well.

I have been depressed. Things just aren't going right and I feel down in the dumps.

Sorry you're feeling depressed. I hope you can find some things to do that will help you feel better.
