Doing okay today. Made a tasty dinner today with the help of my hubby. That's always nice. Umm...found my psych eval results docs that I had forgotten where I put, so thats good too. Little anxious about my upcoming appointment with my GP because I need to talk about some of my issues and my relationship issues and the topic of therapy and couples therapy might come up again and that's a hot button issue for my husband. Sigh! But generally things are ok...even the relationship stuff might be better...some days. I dunno.

Thank you @88Butterfly88 ! It's not for another 2 weeks about, so I'll likely be stressing for awhile (until or unless I get my list of thoughts for doc together to which I'm putting off. Don't know why)

Anyway, well, it's a little early for a daily assessment (just woke up). But I woke up a little early today because of hunger. Why is it that when I eat right before bed I tend to wake up hungrier and sooner than when I eat a couple hours before bed? Makes zero sense to me!

so, update. i went back to sleep fro 2 more hours today waking up at 2pm. Still felt like sleeping, but i got up and had coffee and have been productive since, Also, im super stoked because a celebrity liked my reply to their tweet and it was a joke! like, i love when people appreciate my jokes!

@giddykitty I hope you were able to get decent sleep since you last posted.

I am doing alright. I went to a new doctor yesterday and that went well. Today I got some things done and also got a chance to relax a little. So I can't complain really.

I've been sick today. Tomorrow I'm going to urgent care to see what can be done. I'm hoping to get some medication to help me feel better. The medication I do have isn't working anymore.

@88Butterfly88 sleep has been kinda crazy lately, but a good crazy?? For 2 nights before last night (so I guess the night I mentioned and the next day? I'm getting confused but I should have it all written down) I was getting a little less sleep, but super productive! But I seem to recall the next day (which would be today, but it's not today, it was yesterday, so my days are a little off) well I woke up tired and wanted to sleep more, but I also wanted to sleep at night so I stayed up (I think). Today was pretty good. I actually went to bed early. With only one disturbance, I went back to sleep and woke up with a good 8hours under my belt. I felt rested too!

Unfortunately it's my day of he'll for my period (I get 1 or 2 days of this every month. Lucky me! :P) So while I was up and about for a few hours, I finally laid down to watch tv and felt sleepy from suffering through the pain (but the pain meds were kicking in finally). So I took an hour nap. Not bad. This cramping **** really knocks me out! And yes, that is my sad little update for this thread today. Hopefully next update will be more positive. You are all such lovely women, I wish you all the best! Many hugs!

Feeling better today. I forgot to mention that moodwise, I was doing good yesterday, so thats a positive! I just woke up, but so far mood is good.

ok, so idk if i mentioned this here before, but tonight i went to a party for my husband's work....i'd been anxious about it for, well, months, but especially this week since it was confirmed we wer going. so...

i'm okay. feeling a little mixed about how this party went...self conscious about a couple of things...but it was ok. i'm tired tho. parties wear me out!

I was feeling a little depressed earlier. I ended up napping for an hour and then I woke up feeling better. I feel so-so now.

I'm going through something (again. It comes and goes). It's not something I really want to announce to the whole forum but anyone here married or in a relationship and still think fondly of ex's (ex BFS or crushes)??

I still think fondly of an ex that was totally bad for me. Not sure why I do. Maybe because I'm lonely now. Hope what ever you're going through calms down soon and you feel back to normal.

ok folks, follow up question if you answer the first. What do you do to get rid of such thoughts?? I mean, tips on moving on from them (maybe fondly isn't the word I'm looking for in this case though)???

Today's checkin-I'm better in regards to the above (not thinking about it as much today), but it was a pretty crappy day, except for the kittysitting and that I finally got to work out again tonight. I'll try to focus on the positive. Hoping I can sleep though. Sometimes after working out hard like this, I struggle to sleep.

I've only had one ex and haven't had that experience. I hope you are able to figure it out.

I am doing so-so today. I'm feeling tired but I think that is from depression.

I was a little stressed this morning. The postal service tried to deliver a letter and couldn't. I don't know if they tried to knock on my door. But they left a slip in my box. I asked that they rediliver tomorrow. Other than that, I am Okay. Staying busy with chores.

How long will perimenopause last? I dont like these nasty surprises when they pop up. Not thrilled to be taking progesterone either.
