hi ladies,
i can't sleep its 504am and i am wide awake still. I got to talk to an old friend tonight which was nice.
My diabetes is seeming to be under control for now, my numbers have been good and my hbA1C was 6.6 at the last check in March much better than before. My heart seems to be doing well too. The only real physical complaint is my diabetic neuropathy in my feet it is making walking hard. Oh and there is something wrong with my knee and shoulder but that's on hold during all the virus stuff. I have a brace coming for my knee so that should help. Now I am really done complaining.
How is everyone, I hope you all are doing ok, I mean I know it can't be perfect but I hope your health and finances are stable. Pray for a stimulus check. They have started paying out for ssdi and ssi I heard tonight.

I was able to sleep a little extra this morning. I feel somewhat better. I could use another hour or two of sleep. Hope everyone is well!

I am hanging in. I still don't have a therapist, I keep getting refered out to different people. It feels like nobody cares enough to help me. I'm sick and tired of everything. I'm trying to remain hopeful but it gets harder every day.

I'm Okay. I could use some more sleep. But I keep waking up. So I will wait until closer to sun rise before going back to bed. Maybe I can wake up to some sunshine.

I have been pretty depressed but am hanging in. I'm sick of fighting. I want to feel peace but I fear that will never happen.

I'm Okay. Still having problems with my sleep. Yesterday I slept almost 14 hours and today I have slept 4. I've been trying Melotonin. First night I was too sleepy. I had tried 10 mg. Next night I tried 5 mg. Then I couldn't sleep. I think I gave up.

@Deilla Sorry to hear you've had trouble sleeping. Perhaps you could try sleep tea instead of melatonin?

I am depressed again and I'm not entirely sure why.

Yes, good idea. I have chamomile and another tea I can try.

I don't respond and he lives just far enough away that he can't bike over anymore. It's just so....weird. Thank you!

I actually am feeling better today. The day was uneventful but that was a good thing for once since I got to relax.

I'm not sure how he does it, but I have blocked him three times and then he calls and texts from a new number. It's the same with social media. I was spammed from multiple new accounts. My plan is to just let him burn himself out. It's not working too well as he's actually picking up steam.

Oh wow, that stinks! My guess would be he's using burner phones and disposable e-mail addresses. I hope he burns out soon.

I'm feeling well. I took my medication, exercised, and ate healthy today, so far. I will try to enjoy the rest of my day off and return to work tomorrow. Hope y'all have a wonderful day today!!

I went to bed after 2 pm yesterday and woke up just before 2 am. I did toss and turn that whole time. Sleep is a really big issue for me. But this morning I feel good. A lot better than I did yesterday afternoon.

I am doing well after returning to work today. I woke up at 4:45 am worked then walked outside and went up 20 flight of stairs. Today, I also want to eat healthy. So far, I ate fish and rice and veggies. I drank two cups of coffee and will drink one more tonight. I feel fine!! Life is good!!

I am feeling so-so today. I had a video counseling session with a new therapist yesterday and he seemed really nice so hopefully it works out.
