I'm quitting vaping today. I think this time for good. I bought a latch kit, paint by numbers, coloring books and calligraphy pens all to help me deal with the cravings. I feel I will be successful this time.

I had some menstrual issues these past few days. Kind of surprised I don't qualify for a diagnosis of Premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD) because it was pretty bad this time around. But anyway, happy that is over for the month.

I've hardly slept tonight. It's too soon to go back to bed though. I like to wait until closer to sunrise. That way when I wake up, the sun is up. I only sleep a few hours at a time.

I wasn't able to quit vaping. I got really stressed out. And I don't think I was well prepared for it mentally. I talked to my online therapist about it. This month is stressful. I might do better in March. So that is the plan.

Having two kind of unexpected days off due to icy roads. It’s nice but feel a bit weird being at home when I was supposed to be working.

still struggling a lot with the overeating thing.

actually in the last few days I filled myself up with snacks, felt really full in my stomach, and still proceeded to eat a mcdonalds and some burgers and some sausages.

like I say in the overeating thread in the eating disorder section, I litirally have no control

I'm doing okay. I've been sleeping a little too much lately though. I'm not sure if my tiredness is from depression or if I am a little under the weather. Time will tell.

I had a horrible migraine late last night. I think it was from stress. I feel better now though.

at least it's only 1 day. I don't " hate" valentines, romantic songs are nice, but if you don't have anyone to share it with it does kinda suck.
