I've been so-so. I ate too many carbs over Thanksgiving and the day after and it's made me very tired. It seemed to have a negative effect on my mental health as well, as I felt kind of distant from the world. I'm trying to get back into my normal eating patterns and hoping that will be helpful. Hopefully this will be a bit of a lesson to me so when Christmas comes around I don't overdo the holiday food quite as much.

How is everyone else? Sending good vibes to you all.

I tried to unplug for a while. I went for three hours with no phone or computer. I was able to clean off my desk. I think I will unplug again. It's more relaxing. Less stress. Less triggers.

I'm doing ok. I watched some nature & animal tv shows earlier, very sweet. I wanted to accomplish some things, but so far I'm apparently taking it easy.

I am in pain.

shower = pain.

and this time, their's no part of me that escaped the onslaught of agony.

this gal's body is getting worse..... though she's slightly excited about getting a delivery of a new laundry basket today so she doesn't have to bend down so far to reach the other one
