today has not been productive, at all.

shame on me

that said: I guess I am ready for christmas and have my decorations up, so a day or 2 just to enjoy them can't hurt

3 days till I try to quit smoking. (I have enough cigarettes till then, and then I hope never to buy them again for the rest of my life.)

I did some stuff this morning. It's almost time for dinner and then I'm going to write to my penpals. I have a bit of a headache but I feel okay otherwise.

@raging vortex I hope you were able to find something to do.

Hi. I'm new to this forum. I just did three months of intense therapy and am taking a break due to finances. I am trying to remember and implement whatnive learned. Today I just feel this overwhelming sadness and anger. I finally figured out what triggered me. Looking through old stuff my mom gave me from my school years. I saw how my grades plummeted around middle school. Highschool teAchers wrote notes of concern. My parents did nothing. I was angry at the past. But I can't change that.

mostly another quiet day today.

though: I do have to write my shopping list.

always fun.. I plan my meals and that a week in advance and leave it for wednesdays.
