I am doing so-so today. I was a little depressed this morning but I feel okay now. I spent some time with my dad which was nice. Otherwise I haven't been very productive.

Thank you! I'm just glad the company finally started streaming the workouts so that I can purchase them again (no dvd player atm).

It's a no impact and rehabilitative approach to exercise and eating sensibly. It was developed by Teresa Tapp What is T-Tapp? - T-Tapp.

I've been doing her MORE Rehab workout, Hormone workout (dong those once a week), and a back stretch on weekday mornings. I always feel immediate relief and the ability to have correct posture without much pain.


I've just started at it again after about a year. I was using the Basic Workout Plus, but I decided to start using the above for a more targeted goal than just weight loss/getting fit and work back up to Basic Plus.

I'm still feeling nauseous today, which is a bummer, but it's better than it was last night. Besides that I'm just practicing some self care and allowing myself a lazy Sunday.

Hey folks!

Sorry, it's been hard for me to keep up with this forum, but my best thoughts and wishes go out to all of you!

And guess what? The day I get a chance and remember this thread is the day I start my period 5 days early. lol I just mean, I'm always seeming to post about my cycle when I visit here. This time is pure coincidence though, I swear! But yea, 5 days early is a shock since I've been pretty regular for a few years now (no more than a couple of days difference and usually it's later than earlier.) lol so I don't know what's going on!

Speaking of my body, I've been struggling with a stye for like a couple of weeks now too and the past few days I've been tired/not at all wanting to workout. I'm hoping the latter was just PMS now that I've started, but I really hope the stye goes away soon. I've been doing warm compress daily (except one day) and it was getting better until that missed day and it came back.

Hopefully it will get better soon though because I mean, I start my personal writing challenge tomorrow. Yeah, the actual event is in July (I got mixed up), but I'm doing it next month as I planned because I'll likely be busy/stressed/lose motivation by July. So yeah. Hopefully that goes well.

I slept almost 9 hours last night. And it's very early now. I want to go back to bed for a few more hours. I'm depressed and don't feel like doing anything. Not sure if I will leave the house today. Probably not.

I had a couple of psychotic episodes this morning, which I am not proud of. My poor hubby puts up with a lot from me. I am trialling antipsychotic treatment for suspected Bipolar or Schizophrenia traits. I need to give the meds a chance though!
I have done some washing this morning and enjoyed being a little in the sun with my face mask on. I am hoping for a positive day and just to keep busy, but not overwhelmed. I am enjoying colouring for stress therapy at the moment. I have been listening to music too. Thanks. x

I was doing some reading and journaling as tools for mental/emotional self-help so that's great. However, the stress of it triggered more head and body pain. I'm giving myself a chance to practice self care, take it easy for the rest of the day, and self sooth. I'm giving myself a "job well done" for choosing to have foods around that are soothing but not junk for times like this. I'm not at all ready to tackle my emotional eating, but I can keep comforting foods around that won't make my physical health decline.

I'm struggling with e-Cig cravings today. I already purchased some disposable ones online. Soon I will call my old vape shop and see if I can order something. I've made up my mind. I'm sick of fighting these cravings. It's too hard.

this week I have had a few calls which I hope go some way to getting what I want (which is mainly to move and to have a better mental health team).

i'm okay too. just warm and cranky. It's hot over here, but a little better tonight. oh yeah! need to check the forecast! At any rate, I'm a little nervous about my appointment tomorrow evening. I'm starting to lightly cramp right now and worry it might get worse by tomorrow evening (well, Wednesday evening which is now today). uhhh, not to mention I'm nervous about therapy itself. Well, I'll let you know how it goes. Off to bed now here very soon! Oops! Don't forget the weather!...and meds! lol

I had a good day. I took a short walk and sat out by the gazebo. I also worked on my art and talked to a couple of sisters. My online T was very helpful today as well.
