I showered today.

didn't really go too mad with the extras: perfume, nail painting, etc, but I showered

painfull just getting in the shower, so the rest was agony

still: I feel okay. glad it's friday and another week is behind me

despite my night, I'm feeling pretty good.

I spent the entire night having flashbacks, really intense flashbacks, too

this morning I even doubted my own safety as it was so intense.

but I had breakfast and I've done my self-care for today, so things are running normally

just uggg. last night was bad though. the worst it's been in a while

I'm up early cause I went to bed at 5 pm. Urghhh. I just gave my cat some medicine so I'm glad. She won't need it again for 3 more months. Now if only I could get a urine sample from her. That's my goal today.

lucky I'm not doing anything today.

yesterday I had a delivery of the malcolm in the middle dvd, think after I've finished here I'll just watch that

that is, of course, if I can hobble over to put the disk in the player

as yet: not much to say about today.

been in intense pain since 3 A.M and have had a feeling of hopelessness since 3 A.M, and I have no plans for the day ahead.

I did however eat my fruit salad, so if today does turn out to be a right off, I have that going for me that I started the day on a healthy note.

Tried again today to get a urine sample from my cat. Will try tomorrow as well. I have a dentist appointment in the morning. I will have to get dressed tonight so it will be easy to go in the morning.

I had some candy arive for me today (loads of it from the supermarket), run out of plums (so had to settle for peaches and grapes today), and not doing anything.

My dentist appointment went well. My cat's script is ready. I need to go pick it up and get it filled. It's for benzos to keep her calm on Friday.

today I need to write my grocery list for next week.

items I will buy are: coca-cola (which I have been craving all morning), strawberry water, my dinners, and some treats too.

it is hot today (it was hot yesterday, too). got my fan on and cooling spray to hand though. should be good

Had to take my cat to the emergency vet today. They got a urine sample. She has a UTI. They gave her antibiotics. I'm glad she'll be feeling better soon.

I'm ordering breakfast from Dunkin Donuts. Got a blueberry donut coming and a breakfast sandwich along with iced cappuccino. I can't wait. Food has been a comfort to me lately. I'm pretty stressed. All the time, stressed.

turns out the sink was easier to fix than I intended, and it got done yesterday so no more leaks on to the floor which is good (so no more change of me slipping)

showered today.

body didn't provide much for me in the way of movement so it was quite painfull. ugg

needed too though: was quite incontinent this morning. came out of the blue, just like that.

no real plans for today: just have mcdonalds later which I am looking forward too.

it is cooler today too. I still have my fan on, but not sure I am going to need the cooling spray today

I had a busy morning, but my afternoon was sad. I felt all alone. I didn't hear from anyone today. That's what typically happens. No one cares. I had bad thoughts this evening. I know if I could sleep I would feel better.

Glad you got your sink fixed. That's got to feel good. I hope you enjoyed your McDonald's. I really love them. I like the breakfast meals.

yesterday I had a mcdonalds. it was lovely, in fact: the best meal I've had all week (sad really, but that's how it is)

feeling mainly depressed today, but the good bits are that it's a lot cooler (the heatwave is weakening which is great news for my pain), and I've done some self-care. eat fruit salad, drink water, clean clothes..
