Sorry about this. My allergies and sinus problems just got very bad since I've entered the second trimester. I had panic attacks because I cant breathe out my nose and I've tried what I'm allowed to and it's not really doing too much. That and my husband thinks blowing my nose is a cure all. I'm just going to say this....I have tried it and all that resulted was popped ears and a mess everywhere. I didn't feel any better and lo and behold still stuffed up and I cant breathe. I checked his claim and unless I want a nosebleed or more gunk in there that shouldn't be I should just pop the allergy pill instead of blowing my nose. I'm hoping the mucinex my OB recommended helps ( haven't gotten it yet due to all the panic buying) as she says it was good for thinning out the crud and snot up in there. Anyone have luck with the mucinex? Sorry for the rant...I'm hormonal and running on six hours of sleep.

Its not bad but it takes a while to work. I might have to see an ENT which I dont want to do but I'm just sick of hearing the blow your nose crap from everyone. My sister blew hers and left germ laden tissues everywhere. And if it was so great than am I just taking meds to be funny? And this is my opinion but it's incredibly filthy. Wadded up tissues make me cringe.
