Work wasn’t bad today. Nothing to worry about like I thought.

The owner of the company is here from NY so my stress levels are higher than normal. The controller is coming next week. I'm excited to meet her but also nervous too. I had an hour and a half long meeting today but it went pretty well. I feel pretty good about work today, at least right now.

Have zero motivation today. I also have very little work in my inbox so that isn't helping. I will be swamped tomorrow with payroll and payables. But today seems to be pretty slow.

My coworkers were being obnoxious today. I was (and still am) severely sleep deprived so I wasn’t talking much and they were complaining to the supervisor that they needed this and that and 2 coworkers were getting into it with each other. I was keeping to myself and using the little equipment I had of my own. I didn’t really feel like my coworkers were walking all over me but when a piece of equipment would come back they would ask each other if they needed it but they wouldn’t ask me at all. But I finally just went on the sales floor myself and got my own stuff instead of whining and complaining to the managers that we didn’t have anything like they were. Work was just dumb today.

Today work is good because my new manager is away.

I am teaching one class today, so that's good. I feel a little anxiety. But that's fine.

I came in on my day off and last night I was regretting asking if they needed me but by the time I actually started working my anxiety was fine. That one guy was off today though.

The owner of the business and the controller (both are based out of NY) came for a visit. They left this afternoon, but they both told me I am doing a good job, to not let anyone tell me otherwise, and thanked me for the hard work that I do. That made me feel good!

Apparently I called in enough times that some are going to roll over when my year starts over in a few weeks. My manager won’t say how many exactly. I’m trying not to freak out about this but I kind of am.

Work is slow today and I'm bored. I'm also really tired so it is hard to concentrate. I'm doing well at my job but sometimes there just isn't enough job to do.

At least it wasn’t my fault we didn’t get anything done today. Because no joke sometimes it is my fault.

I'm a little bit relieved.

So, we got two new managers. The first one came last month and she is a nightmare. Thankfully, our newest manager, who came yesterday, seems to be better than the first one. The great news is, I'm under the second manager, although I will also help the coworker from the frist manager.

I feel so sorry with my coworker. She is still under the heavy pressure because of that nightmare manager. I cannot do anything though.

I didn’t want to work with a specific person today so I switched work stations. I think I confused people. I’m not sure anyone realized why I switched places since I got there before anyone else was back there including the guy I didn’t want to work with. If they ask I’ll just say that spot is too crowded to work in and with my infection it was really painful working there on Monday and I didn’t want a repeat. Which honestly isn’t even a complete lie. It was painful as hell working in that tiny cramped space on Monday. One of the reasons I went to the doctors so early.

I heard a weird news today.

In late 2017, I quit a horrible job after just working for only one day.

Today, I read the news that employer got jailed due to visa and malpractice issues.

May be bad, but I'm glad to hear that.

I got Black Friday and that Saturday off. Which is basically unheard of in retail. A lot of retail stores have mandatory 12 hour shifts on Black Friday. Now I can actually enjoy thanksgiving for the first time in years.

Work today surprisingly was not as depressed as the other days. I don't know why. We got home on time.

A lot of people are actually taking Black Friday off this year. I’m the only one in my department but a lot of people in other departments have requested the day off too. And I’m not even working Sunday of that work week. Only Monday Tuesday and Wednesday. So I don’t have to work 4 days in a row either.

I have reworked my cv and portfolio again. I'm ready to apply the new jobs again by tomorrow. Hopefully, I can get a new job soon. Being here drives me crazy every day. Can't hold it any longer

My work station is so small. There’s seriously only about a foot and a half or so of space there. Considering I am basically the only one who will fit in there and for sure the only one who won’t complain about it, I don’t say anything. But I was feeling fine today.

I applied like 20 job, and I got two interview invitations. I'm glad my new cv worked well.

I hope it would go well. It's been almost two years since my last interview and I am so nervous. I'm not sure what should I say during interview, especially the previous boss question. Hoping myself doing well.
