So I have a thread all about my anxiety at work, which will continue I am sure since I deal with massive anxiety.

But today I was given a Godsend. I have been overworked lately, over pressured and overly anxious every single day at work. This has been ongoing for months.

Today I finally received a break. My boss took a huge new client off my plate, a client that was stressing me out to the MAX and exacerbating my pre-existing anxiety condition.

And well, I am jumping for joy!!!!!!!!!!!! How many exclamation points can I add here? lol.

I actually cried on the way home from work in my car. I was THAT relieved. I can breathe! I can actually relax for once this weekend without thinking about my work or worrying about it.

It was such a stressor for me, I was having panic attacks nearly over it. So, I am happy!!!!!

I guess I am just expressing my joy and gratitude. Comments and insights are definitely welcomed!
