A coworker at work is looking people up on Facebook. Managers and other coworkers. She then is making rude memes and instagram and snap chat videos out of their pictures and circulating them around the workplace. She also takes pictures of coworkers she doesn’t like when they are at work and she shows them to other coworkers. She even went on Facebook and found out where a coworker was located and went to his location. I find her behavior very strange and creepy. She has said “I am like the FBI I can find anyone” she doesn’t like me and I googled my name and my name came up under an instagram account. I don’t have one. I don’t really feel like getting involved but her behavior is just so strange and inappropriate. It’s stalking.

She should get fired for this behavior. That is totally inappropriate and unprofessional. Can you make a report to a higher up about this?

I agree with eve, she shouldnt be doing this at work or involving her coworkers. Would you ever tell a superior about it?

Go to human resources. This behavior is completely out of line and a bit creepy. Does she send the memes, etc. to you too? If so, you can forward that on to HR. If it bothers you, chances are others at work are bothered by her actions.

Definitely go to Human Resources. Make screenshots of her Facebook and Instagram posts -- press the PrintScrn button on the upper right side of the keyboard, then open up a program like Microsoft Paint and press "Paste." Save the files and print out copies as well.
