I just want to drop all work and escape to somewhere else.

I just feel exhausted from work.

The antidepressant medication is making fatigue.

When I was on antidepressants in the past, & had concerns regarding fatigue, my pdoc typically suggested changing the time of day I took it. (I don't recall that this suggestion was all that terribly helpful.) I suppose the other possibility would be to try a different medication.
