My second book is due to be released soon. Just like with my first book, I'm consumed with "what iffs". I play in my head every combination of things that can go wrong and I obsess about them. Who else obsesses when you reach a positive milestone in your life? I should be happy and all I am is terrified. My therapist says I'm born to write and the anxiety goes along with the program. Not much comfort.

You go, Sheltiemom! You're an inspiration, truly!

Just remember, as a writer/artist/thinker, you are always going to be criticized, and you can't please everyone. So let the haters hate. Just keep doing you!
