I every one im new to the site and i have trouble coping with loss, On Nov last year i was let go from the company i used to work and loved for 9 years no explanations or anything, i kinda assummed they were going to do it since things were not going that well in terms of results in my current position as OPs Manager, but i have to give some (lots)background to my story and im wondering if someone is able to just talk about it i have not found a job and i feel very useless and sad I need help.

Hello pestw: I noticed this is your first post here on PC. So... welcome to Psych Central.

If you should not find the member you're looking for here on PC as a result of this post, I might suggest the best way to get started may be to post a thread (possibly here in the Work & Careers forum) providing more information with regard to what occurred. This may attract the attention of a member who would be interested in communicating with you more in-depth by personal message. In the meantime, here are links to 5 articles, from Psych Central's archives, on the subject of job loss:

Coping with Unexpected Job Loss

7 Steps to Surviving Job Loss

Coping with Sudden Unemployment

12 Depression Busters for the Unemployed

I hope you find PC to be of benefit.
