Hello everybody.

in addition to my ongoing paranoid schizophrenia treatment that has been on for 3 years , i have some job issues as well as some sleep issues.

here we go guys :

1) difficulty maintaining long succession of tasks in work bench accompagned with prolonged thinking and basically going blank as well as thinking about endured verbal abuse from a person when i wasnt taking meds ( questioning why he did that to me) and prioritizing going home immidiatly or doing nothing until going to cafe .

2) inability to wake up early on a daily basis as well as not finding confort in staying still

I'm really sorry you are struggling with these things.

I think a consultation with a doctor might be helpful to you. Are you in the care of a doctor for your ongoing paranoid schizophrenia?

Wish I knew what else to say. Hopefully others here will respond and their words will prove more helpful to you
