Hey everyone. I have had a very hard time focusing ever since I got pregnant. I work at a hospital and a few times my brain was not quite all there and I ****ed up. It's been talked about and it's gotten worse since I've been pregnant .I'm not kidding.. . I forget what I'm doing, my brain ran on muscle memory which is why I got in trouble, and my anxiety is not very good at the moment. Also we are doing Covid and the procedure changed three times in two days...I ****ed it up because it changed so much ( was about ready to scream I DONT KNOW IT CHANGED....I WAS NOT HERE WHEN THIS HAPPENED!!!) or by the time I did get it it was a weird exception to the rule. I think that was the first time I have been mad at my boss.I really need this job and I want to keep it but I cant seem to focus and slow down. I cant seem to find a halfway point. I've been yelled at for being too slow and yelled at for being too fast. I do feel like I cant focus on one thing and the anxiety is making me cry at work. Any help? Thanks.

I still ****ed up again!!!! What the hell is this? I'm considering getting tested for ADD even though it presenting at 30 is unusual. I have been anxious but it's like my brain is on autopilot.....not liking this at all!!!

How far along are you? Is there any way you could take some time off now?

Feeling foggy during pregnancy is not at all uncommon. I is a huge biological storm in your body. So sorry you are going through all this. Hang in there!!!!
