I am thinking that I need to change to another job as I am way too close to burnout. I work with others as a support person and I am finding that I just don't have it in me to continue. I should have said to start someone next week. Why didn't I?? But I need the money. But I'm so exhausted!

I am wearing a boot for a stress fracture that is healing. And that doesn't help. And I have a hernia in my stomach. I need to reduce stress. I need this dumb virus to be gone. I need traumas to heal. I need too much!!! I'm frustrated and I think my professors are right to ask, Is this the best time to pursue a degree in counseling, or be in the helping profession.

I don't know what to do. And I'm feeling stressed out!!

You need to take care of yourself!! I realized that a long time ago that my health is my priority. I am struggling myself not trying to take on more work. Yes, the money is nice, but not at the expense of your health.

I don't know what to do next? As you said my health needs to come first. I'm confused right now.

I'm so stressed that it makes it hard to think straight. I need a vacation from all these issues!!

I feel it best to..... I want to be taken off a med because of a side effect and I don't want to replace that med. I'd rather try without anything and see what happens. But it does sound crazy to do that.

I need connection right now. I'm so done with COVID 19 I want life to return to normal!!!! I need a new job but I don't know what to do. I'm getting to the point that I almost want to try SSI again. I feel so hopeless right now.

I am impaired. I called out if work today and tomorrow. I just spent close to 2 hours taking a nap. I sure hope hospitalization is not in my future

Please hang in there! I've been where you have. I overcame it by taking my meds faithfully. As you know, most things in life come to an end. I am wishing your misery will end soon. I have been homeless, abused, imprisoned, etc. Life is a journey, not a destination. Please hang in there!! Your life depends on it!!
